Q My wife drinks a lot when we’re out with friends. She’ll often embarrass me, reaching a point where I dread going out with her. It causes many arguments. I don’t think she’s an alcoholic, as she can go for weeks without a drink. Yet when she has just one, everything starts all over again – I do think she’s addicted. Could she have an addictive personality?
