MIKE’S DAILY AFFIRMATIONS TO SUPPORT HIS GOALS AND MISSION

Affirmations are an essential factor in improving my emotional wealth. They focus my mind, calm my body and nurture my spirit. This helps release emotional constipation and frees up time to commune with nature and remain in a constant sync with the vibrations of awareness manifesting my deepest, most cherished intentions, goals and desires. Ultimately, repeating affirmations ensures that I remain in state of self-referral where my internal reference point is my true self – Spirit – and I give up my self image where my internal reference point is my ego. When I affirm myself I am emotionally free to achieve my goals and fulfill my mission – to serve others and help them create emotional, physical and financial wealth!

Below is my list of affirmations that I use daily in my own life. I have collected and modified them from various sources as well as added my own.

I acknowledge contributions from Deepak Chopra, John Assaraf, Bob Proctor, Shakti Gawain, Chin-Ning Chu, Graeme Hoyle and others. My hope is that you can use them in your own lives. And do add your own or change mine to suit your own desires, values and beliefs.

GOD

• Today I will nurture the Spirit that lies deep within my soul.
• I believe God is Spirit – Infinite Intelligence, Universal Energy, Pure Potentiality – and I surrender to God’s will and path for me.
• I believe God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, that I may have eternal life.
• My Spirit (divinity) is a field of pure potentiality (awareness) where everything is connected with everything else.
• My deepest most cherished intentions, goals and desires without attachment have infinite organizing power.
• I am always at cause and I now cause wonderful things to manifest in my life.
• I am patient and I totally trust the universe to bring me everything I need now to manifest my deepest most cherished intentions, goals and desires.
• I embrace both the masculine and feminine in my own being.
• Awareness brings abundance.
• I am in constant sync with the vibrations of awareness manifesting my deepest, most cherished intentions, goals and desires.

EMOTIONAL WEALTH

• My mind is calm and relaxed.
• I have good fortune and peace within.
• I am happy and at peace with myself and others.
• I deeply accept myself and remain open to new possibilities.
• I deal with negative thinking and process emotional constipation to release adrenalin.
• I let go of irritation, frustration, and anger now, for my own well-being and the well-being of my wife, family, and others.
• Today I will factor in emotional wealth as an essential ingredient of my life experience. Through the wisdom of emotional wealth I will learn right behavior to act toward myself and others.

PHYSICAL HEALTH

• I am a 75 kg man – I feel and look great!
• I enjoy eating healthy food.
• Walking is fun and rejuvenating.
• I feel happy and at peace with myself.
• I have an abundance of physical and mental energy.
• I am now perfectly healthy both physically and mentally.

FINANCIAL

• I am a genius and I use my wisdom daily.
• I give myself permission to be powerful.
• I now have all the resources I need to become a multi-millionaire.
• I have absolute certainty in my ability to generate any amount of income I choose.
• I am so happy and grateful now that money comes to me in increasing quantities, through multiple sources, and on a continuous basis.
• Making money excites and energizes me.
• Money comes to me easily, frequently, and effortlessly.
• Money is flowing to me from expected and unexpected sources.
• I know I am receiving now and I feel it.
• The more I have, the more I have to give.

CAREER

• I am successful – I experience life as the continuous miraculous expression of divinity.
• I am an organized, pro-active, disciplined, talented, innovative, and intelligent person.
• I am always in the right place at the right time, successfully engaged in right behavior and the right activity, and am richly rewarded, creatively and financially.
• I consistently attract all the right people to help me grow my business.
• I have all the talent, money, and intelligence, I need to be a successful emotional leader coach.
• I am the premier emotional leader coach and mentor to 100 top CEOs and senior level managers in corporations worldwide.
• I am an extremely successful entrepreneur and business owner acting toward all stakeholders with integrity, competence and benevolence.
• I am a brilliant and savvy businessman and I have everything it takes to grow Gosling International to a $1 Million Dollar a year company right now.

FAMILY/RELATIONSHIPS

• Relationship is the most important thing in my life.
• I am a caring, supportive and faithful partner to my wife, Karen, and I love and affirm her constantly.
• I am a source of love, guidance, and education for my children & grandchildren.
• I express and communicate my feelings often and openly.
• I am inquisitive, creative, fun-loving, and adventurous.
• I’m a loyal and loving family member and friend.
• My friendships are phenomenal and I value them deeply.

AFFIRMATIONS OF HEALTH

• I always relax easily and quickly and every part of my body continues to function in a beautiful and harmonious manner.
• I continue to breathe easily and deeply and my heart beat is always calm and regular.
• My eyes are always in focus, my body is relaxed, and my whole being radiates a fullness of life.
• My heart continues to pump my rich and well balanced blood easily throughout my body.
• I have strong, dense, and healthy bones and freely moving joints.
• I nourish my body well and my digestive system continues to extract all the necessary goodness from my healthy body.
• Every day in every way I’m growing stronger and more radiantly healthy.
• I am improving in energy and vigor everyday.
• My body is new at every moment.
• My body is infused with the deep intelligence of life, whose sole purpose is to sustain me.
• My body and all its organs were created by the Infinite Intelligence in my subconscious mind. It knows how to heal me. Its wisdom created all my organs, tissues, bones, and muscles. This infinite healing presence within me is now transforming every atom of my being, making me whole and perfect. I give thanks for the healing I know is taking place now. Wonderful are the works of the creative intelligence within me! I am now perfectly healthy.
• I am perfect as I am. Everything in my life is working toward my ultimate good.
• I am loved and I am love.

INTUITION AFFIRMATIONS

• I am aligned with the Infinite Intelligence and I’m creating the masterful life that I deserve and that has always been waiting for me.
• I’m a genius and I use my wisdom in every moment.
• Day by day, in every way, I am getting better and better.
• I am continuing to develop my senses and my awareness at all levels of mind.
• At the outer conscious level I always think clearly and decisively.
• At the inner level my mind is always operating from my highest good.
• I continue to project my mind anywhere it needs to go whether it be near or far.
• I continue to use my intuitive senses to attune my mind to anything or any place within the infinite universe.
• I am learning to use these inner senses for my own benefit and any other person who needs help – to serve the ultimate good.
• Every day I become more intuitive and sensitive to my greatest benefit and the benefit of others.
• My mind remains attuned to the world around me, the mineral kingdom, the plants and animals and to human beings.
• I am using my mind constructively and creatively to bring about positive change.

• My intention creates my reality. There are people out there looking for exactly what I have to offer. I let them know I exist and we are being brought together on the checkerboard of life even now.
