Q I always seem to be thinking about things “too much”. Things to do with my relationships with people; my husband, my children, my friends. I constantly think about whether people like me, or whether they are upset if I don’t agree to do something. If I’m invited for a coffee or a meal, I doubt the sincerity of the invitation. It seems like I don’t believe that others think me worthy as a friend – yet I don’t know why I think that. I confuse myself with my thoughts. Please help!
