Work ethics concerns not only how one feels about your job or career, but also how you do your job. This involves attitude, behaviour, respect, communication, and interaction; how one gets along with others. Work ethics that particularly impinge on sexual harassment will be discussed to assist employees to understand that sexual harassment is a violation of individual rights and when experienced in the workplace is to be managed as serious and offensive behaviour that needs to be reported. The seminar will end with strategies for dealing with harassment.
