Anxiety Based Behavior

The following behaviors are most likely to occur in response to anxiety. The behaviors attempt to minimize risk to the person concerned and bring potential threats under control.

A small amount of the behavior can be adaptive, even useful, but can cause difficulties when it becomes a pattern.
